Even though the Companies Act 2006 removes the requirement for companies to have a company secretary, documents still need to be prepared and submitted to the Registrar of Companies on a regular basis. This commonly includes:

  • Accounts
  • Notice of change of registered office
  • Changes in directors
  • Change of year end
